Boil Water Notice (Jim Birch Rd) Area

If you experience water loss in or around Jim Birch Rd today 8/8/17, please excuse our work in that area due to a leak in the service line.  We will have the water back on as soon as possible, Please Boil your water for 48 hours after your water comes back on. Thank  you for your patience. 

Boil Water Notice 48 hrs(Eatonville Rd. area)

If you lost water today 8/1/2017 and live on Eatonville Rd to T-Smith Rd to the Interstate, including Wesley Grant, and vicinity. Only if you lost water will you need to boil your water for 48 hours, thank you for your patience.

Water is temporarily off on Eatonville Rd from T-Smith Rd to the Interstate and Wesley Grant Rd. due to a water line being cut

Sorry for inconvenience , Water is temporarily off on Eatonville Rd. from T-Smith Rd to the Interstate , this also includes Wesley Grant Rd.  You will be under a boil water notice for 48 hours.

Glen Clinton/French Harrelson/T-Smith Roads Boil Water Notice/Water is Temporarily Off

Water is Temporarily off while repair is being done in the area of Glen Clinton/French Harrelson/ and T-smith Roads.  Those customers whom lost water will be under a Boil Water notice for 48 hours. Water should not be off for too long, but normal procedure is to boil for 48 hours if you lost water.  Thank you for being patient.

7/11/17 Boil Water Notice Lifted

For those few customers in close proximity of address 3001-3008 Glendale Ave. that lost water usage on 7/11/17, Your Boil Water Notice has now been lifted.  Thank you

Temporarily Water outage /Glendale Ave 3001-3008 Area/Boil Water Notice will Be in Affect 48 HRs)

The water will be temporarily off around the Glendale Ave. area (3001-3008 block) while our service team are repairing a leak.  This will also affect some of the other roads surrounding.  Please be patient during this process.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.  Please be aware of a Boil Water Notice 48 Hours after your water service returns, feel free to call our office for more information.

Boil water lifted

The boil water notice has been officially lifted by the Health Department.  Samples taken on Mini Farm and River Roads were clear of any contaminants. We appreciate your patience as we resolved this matter. 

Boil water notice

A boil water notice has been issued for residents on River Rd from Mary Magdalene to Int 59 due to a main break last night. We understand many residents on the north side of the system experienced low pressure for a brief period,  but the leak was isolated and the only possible contamination point was at 395 River Rd where the hydrant was destroyed. Sorry for any inconvenience. Call the office tomorrow after 1 for sample results.

Water Outage

Fire hydrant hit in a wreck. Crew on site isolating leak. Water pressure should increase within the next 30 minutes for most of the system.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

For the Customers on River Rd, including Jim Burch Rd and Pittman Dr. that were without water on Monday your boil water notice has now been lifted. 

BOIL WATER NOTICE

Customers on River Rd, including Jim Burch Rd and Pittman Dr that were without water today 3/13/17 are under a boil water notice until Wednesday morning @ 10:00AM. Call office for any questions. Please tell your neighbors that might now be signed onto the Alert system.
